Every time I see you...or hear you over the Comms I think of the little moments we've had and...this guy scares me almost as much as Lily scares me. I know how you get with your attention span. You've got so many people who need you that if you let someone get closer to you then I could...

Well other people are gonna have less time with you. There won't be as much Hoshi to go around. You work your ass off to try and keep up with everyone but I'm scared that one way or another I'll lose you to this guy.

And then a part of me reminds me that I never had you to begin with.

Yeah... that was the first time I actually thought they weren't just signs of my bravery or what have you.

I'm trying to divide my time in between everyone and everything, and so far, the time management is working... but, I promise you that you won't lose me. I still, to this day, think of you highly, Jinx, and speak of you highly.

There's alot of things I want but I can't get all that.

For now...I am in charge of protecting a child that belongs to an alternate universe me. She exists in Noir's universe not mine.

I have no intention of her learning that I'm not really her mother.

...but I am scared out of my mind of screwing this up. She started crying when I told her about Hana and Tiffany and I'd never felt so low.
