But like, I tried to be good and tell em that I wanted a Vulpix and didn't get the right thing. They just told me to sod off. So I have. I ain't going back in there, I'm not stupid. No matter how good your advertising is!
[ That and there had been an incident involving several broken game machnes so they were probably banned. Which worked for him taking Vaporwave and bailing out with his 'upgraded' prize. ]
Eh...it's probably fine. We'll get you a Vulpix one way or the other.
Porygon is a pretty good pokemon if you know how to use them. But the problem I keep running into is no matter how "Technically" interesting a pokemon is? There seem to be all too many pokemon out there that can just steam roll them anyway you know?
Like have you seen ditto? It's amazing but practically useless in battle.
Oh yeah, my friend has a ditto! He named it Potato. I haven't seen him use it in a fight tho.
I mean, every Pokemon has their weaknesses. That's why you gotta get a team together, to cover each other. So, Fionn (my braivary) gets wrecked by rock types. But Danny can punch them in the face. He has trouble with fire types, but I got water types to beat them. It's kinda complicated but if you sit down and got like, charts and shit out, you could probably figure it out.
I just try to carry a bunch of different types so they hopefully all cover each other.
Anyway the weakness isn't my point. What I mean is look at Ditto. It's a unique pokemon who's strength is it can turn into any pokemon it's battling right? Copies all their moves and everything.
But...that still basically means that the best it can hope for is to be a better pokemon then the original. And even a really smart trainer would have a hard time with that because no matter how smart you fight you've got pokemon that can just flatten other pokemon no matter their weaknesses.
All I'm saying is, I don't know if technical skill counts as much as brute strength in a lot of these battles.
I guess it depends. Once everyones at like, the MAX (Danny hit level 100 btw :D!) then it's gonna come down to who's got the better tactics and knows how to mix it up. Cos at that point, you can't like, go walking into the club going 'BRING IT ON SCRUBLORDS' cos there's no level advantage you can have that'll let you just roll over everything.
And he said it's cos he just looked like a potato or something idk. The same guy gave me a Magikarp named Dish. Cos Fish Dish.
Oh man, then here's what they evolve into! Isn't she rad??
[ Attached is a video file labelled DISH.mp4. And in it is Ash's Gyarados, clearly showing off her raw strength. She roars and whips her body, causing the water around her to churn dangerously, threatening to become consuming for any lesser swimmers in the water. As she turns to the camera, her left eye was visible; it was pure, milky white and covered in a nasty, impressive looking scar. She gave another roar and opened her jaws wide, charging forward- and the footage cut off there. ]
I got some super shy ones too! Good luck trying to see Scuabtuinne or Shockmau5, ever!
But I do have some flashy ones, yeah. Dish when she's feeling comfy and An Tintreach is just insane. Those are the worst offenders and An Tintreach is THE WORST.

Heh...ok even I like a good rhyme.
